As the moon moves deeper into the constellation of Taurus, its grounding influence shapes our experiences throughout the day. In the garden, it's an opportune time to tend to our root crops, such as beetroots, carrots, and potatoes. In the practice of biodynamics, vegetables are categorized into Root, Leaf, Flower, and Fruit, representing Earth, Water, Air, and Fire respectively. It's remarkable to consider that all the vegetables we enjoy today have been domesticated over thousands of years by humans. Take the carrot, for instance, which began as a humble weed. Through centuries of cultivation, its taproot evolved into the familiar root vegetable we know today.
