The Moon moves into the watery constellation of Cancer, although it remains unseen as she enters her New Moon phase. The lunar forces still penetrate down to Earth, bringing their affinity with the element of water, and most notably influencing the leaf development of plants. Cancer carries a quality of care, which is a core tenet of biodynamic farming. Around the world, many biodynamic farms also serve as spaces for education and therapy, where the rhythms of the garden, embodied experience, biophilia, and sense of meaning offer a transformative, care-infused environment.
