Friday 7th March

Friday 7th March
The Moon reaches its highest point on the horizon towards the end of the day as it moves from the constellation of Taurus to the constellation of Gemini. There are two main lunar rhythms: the synodic rhythm, which marks the familiar phases of the Moon, and the sidereal rhythm, which tracks the Moon’s position relative to the fixed stars. By closely observing the Moon’s highest point—the zenith—each day, we can see it gradually lowering over the course of two weeks. This downward movement encourages growth and vitality beneath the soil, helping plants develop strong roots and draw in nourishment.
