The Moon reaches its nearest point to the Earth, known as perigee. This can create some unfavourable conditions for tending the garden until late morning. The Moon appears close, yet remains on its journey towards the full Moon, shining from the constellation of Libra, with its constellation stars appearing behind it. It is a good day to plant flower bulbs, which will soon break through the earth as the light continues to expand.
