Saturday 9th November
The half-moon graces the evening sky, with the steady stars of Capricorn shining behind her. As the moon continues to wax toward fullness, tonight offers a moment for reflection and future planning. We frame our lives in many ways—some follow the yearly cycle, celebrating New Year or marking each birthday as another journey around the sun. Alongside these annual rhythms, we might also attune ourselves to the moon’s monthly cycles. By observing the night sky and watching the moon’s metamorphosis through her phases, we connect with the rhythm of inhaling (waxing) and exhaling (waning), with the crescendo of the full moon and the fresh start of the new moon.
