Today we arrive at the first quarter of the moon, following the new moon seven days ago. In approximately another seven days, we will reach the culmination of the full moon. Today, during this synodic phase, we are aided in our design-making by the nurturing qualities of Cancer, helping us make decisions that not only advance ourselves but also support those around us and the world. As Rudolf Steiner wrote: "Every idea that does not become your ideal kills a power in your soul; every idea that becomes an ideal engenders life forces within you.”
