The waning moon reaches its half phase in the constellation of Leo. This stage of waning feels like a long exhale, a gentle release as we move towards the new moon. While Leo brings passion, fire, and inspiration, the last quarter invites reflection and a slower rhythm. In the garden, we can sense the outer life turning inward with quiet purpose. Leaves fall, layer upon layer, their autumn colours radiating warmth as they return to the soil and touch our soul. It is a time to pause, to take stock of what has been, and to prepare the ground, both within and around us, for renewal.
