We begin the month with a Full Moon in the constellation of Cancer, known as the Snow Moon. Mars stands in opposition to the Moon from Capricorn, which can create feelings of inner tension and heightened sensitivity. Cancer’s influence draws our awareness towards home, nourishment, and emotional security, inviting us to soften, protect, and tend to what feels most vulnerable within us. In the garden, we can consider beginning to sow leafy greens, supported by heated propagation beds or greenhouses in cooler climates. These protected spaces help to extend the growing season and gently encourage early growth as the returning light gathers strength.
